This month the older kids went to a Salt Lake City Stars game and got face paint. Hallie made a schedule of whose turn it is to pick what TV show they watch in the morning when they wake up. I saw this quote on Facebook and it really resonated with me. I love my kids more then life itself. I hope they feel that daily.
Fireplace progress for this month. Got cabinets painted and installed and put on some new hardware.
Photo download Taco for April. Stockton could never have enough sugar! I swear this kid has so much of it. He is always sneaking treats in his mouth. He has a "do it myself" personality and won't take no for an answer. He parties as hard as his body will let him and then he crashes usually around 6pm, which is the worst time of the day because bedtime is at 730. He looks forward to the day he plays soccer and wears his entire git up (jersey, socks, shin guards) the whole day long to get ready for it.
Stockton played rec soccer for the first time this spring. He loved it! He was by far the most athletic and best player on his team. It certainly helps that he has older siblings and he doesn't have any fear taking his older siblings on. I loved how towards the end of his season he was basically "reffing" the game and would call "ins and outs" and whose ball it was. It was pretty funny to watch his confidence in telling the adult ref the call. He has a natural ability to play soccer, so we will see if he continues to do this sport throughout his life.
