Frenzy Cup
Hallie's team participated in the Frenzy Cup this week. It is a 5v5 tournament. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication, Hallie and a few of her teammates had to sit out one day of the tournament. Her team made it to the championship game and after not starting the game Hallie got a little upset. When she was subbed in she absolutely killed it! She was super aggressive, shooting it from anywhere on the field and had all the confidence in the world. Her coach barely took her out after he saw how on fire she was. Her previous and favorite trainer, Jarred, even flew in from California and came to see it. Unfortunately they lost the championship game but I was so proud of how Hallie played. We went out for ice cream with her team afterwards!

Brooks
Brooks' best buddy and direct next door neighbor, JT, is moving the beginning of next month. We are super sad to have him move! He is such a great friend to Brooks. They play so well together and spend hours outside playing basketball. Brooks doesn't really have a friend quite like JT so it will be sad when he is gone.
Brooks is also growing out a mullet. It is not my favorite hairstyle, in fact I think it looks trashy but Russ and Brooks both love it. Brooks says he is going his hair out until he finishes high school. Lets hope that really doesn't happen. Haha!He is such a good-looking boy!
He tried baseball again even though last year he said he would never do it again. I think the big reason he decided to play is because we found a league that still did coach pitch instead of player pitch. He is a decent baseball player if he continues to want to play. We will see though. Next year he will for sure have to play player pitch.
Growing in a new tooth!
Homemade basketball court in our kitchen. I don't love it but I don't hate it either. His passion for basketball is too cute not to love.
Jazz symbol
Brooks hung on the shower curtain rod when he was upset. Luckily it was an easy fix to put it back up.

Jarred camp & fun
Jarred, Hallie's old soccer trainer, flew in from California to hold a soccer camp. Hallie absolutely loves Jarred and loves the way he coaches soccer. During the last day of the camp, Jarred invited all siblings to come play as well. Brooks didn't want to but Taco was all about it.
Later, after a team soccer party, Jarred hosted a 'glow in the dark' soccer game with her team. Everyone loved it. His positive energy is so fun to be around!

Hallie
Hallie was voted "most likely to become president" by her classmates. She is looked to as a leader in her class as she excels in both Spanish and all school topics. She was quite proud of this award, as she should be.
We went to Costa Vida, Hallie's absolute favorite place to eat (she eats a burrito here as if she has never eaten before), to celebrate her making "Parker's team" during soccer tryouts. Congrats Hallie! You've worked so hard this year to be on his team. I'm proud of you!A rare Hallie nap. She has been playing a lot of soccer these past few weeks in the hot sun. I wish she would nap more but she refuses.
Hallie at a soccer camp hosted by her new soccer trainer, Ura. She was there with a few of her teammates and had a great time!

Kids
I sure love my cute kids and am so grateful to be their mom. They are my world and as hard as they can be I love them with all my heart and try so hard to be a good mommy to them.
Cute little impromptu hug that our babysitter Mia took of the boys.

Swimming Lessons
2nd week of swimming lessons for Taco went off with no tears. He even dared to jump off the diving board. Brooks has come a long way over the years. He is now a little fishy and I love watching his confidence grow when it comes to swimming.
